Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped the same business day from Manhattan, NY if placed before 3pm EST.
US & Canada orders ship for free via USPS Priority Mail Express® with Tracking.
US: 1-3 business days.
Canada: 2-5 business days (may be slightly longer depending on Canadian customs).
International orders are shipped free via USPS First Class International®. The estimated transit time for these shipments is 5-12 days depending on the destination country. If you need your order faster than this, please send us an email and we can custom place your order with a more immediate delivery :).
*Our business days are Monday through Friday and our daily shipping cutoff is 3pm US Eastern Time. If your order is placed inside our normal business hours, we will process and ship your order the same day. If your order is placed outside of our normal business hours, we will process and ship your order the next business day. Please note, weekends and/or holidays where USPS is closed are not considered business days.
Return Policy
60-Day Hassle-Free Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 60-day return policy for all orders. If your item isn’t quite right, you can return it within 60 days of delivery for a refund.
Restocking Fee: A $45 restocking fee will be applied to cover the costs of processing, and re-preparing the item.
How to Return: Simply reach out to us via email or login to our online customer management portal to start the return process.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned ring, we'll process the refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges & Resizing
If you need a different size or wish to exchange your ring, please contact us. We're happy to assist with resizing or finding the perfect replacement.
