Care & Maintenance

Your ring is built to last, with a scratch-resistant Black Carbon Tungsten exterior and a barrel inlay that's sealed with an aircraft-grade protecting layer.

One important note: To preserve the inlay’s longevity, we suggest taking off your band before a shower, bath, or jumping in the salty ocean. It is fine to wash your hands frequently, along with everything in-between. However, the only thing we try to avoid is repeated water exposure for long periods of time.

Lastly, the protective layer used on the barrel inlay is well-known for durability, and graded to last a minimum of 15-20 years. Treat it right, and it will be great to you!

Shipping Information

Our bands are custom, and typically finish production within 48 hours from the time of order. We then ship via USPS Priority with a 1-3 day delivery window. This means that total wait time from production to delivery you can expect to be 2-5 days.

Start your exchange by reaching out to us to initiate the process.
Package up the ring that doesn’t fit and send it back using the prepaid return label we’ll email you.
Once we receive your return, your new ring will be on its way to you.

Exchanges may be initiated at any time, as we have a 2x Lifetime Replacements Guarantee. In the event of a return, the return must be initiated within 60 days of the original purchase date.

If ever lost or your band needs a resizing, send us a text, email, or login to your customer account portal. We’ll replace it up to twice, built to the exact size you need. Our wedding bands are made to endure, and we’ve got your back every step of the way.
